Abricos LLC is a general contractor based in Littleton, Colorado. We work on substantial residential projects — custom homes, home additions, decks and outdoor structures, sunrooms, basement remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, exterior work and framing.
Our work is planned around the specific home and site rather than a generic template. Colorado construction sees wind, hail, snow load, high UV and a broad temperature range. Every Front Range jurisdiction runs its own permit and inspection path. We plan for those realities before construction starts, so the schedule and budget you see are the schedule and budget the project runs on.
The Denver metro is our primary market, and we take selective work along the wider Front Range corridor — including projects in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins where scope, schedule and site access support a well-run project.
Specialty trade work — electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural engineering — is performed or coordinated with appropriately licensed professionals when required by the project scope and local regulations. We do not represent that all trade work is self-performed.

Before any construction, both parties should know exactly what is being built, how long it will take, and what it will cost. That is what a written scope is for. Change orders are documented in writing before work proceeds so cost and schedule remain understood throughout the project.

Anatolii Vitanov founded Abricos LLC in Littleton, Colorado and leads every project directly. Homeowners work with the same point of contact from the first consultation through final walkthrough — the person planning the scope is the person coordinating the trades on site.
